Advertisements
I'd like to think that advertisements don't have that much sway over me. (Partly because I fast-forward through most of them!) But this commercial really makes me want to go check out Kmart:

Adorable WNBA/Nike Commercials!
Swish Appeal dug up these from the depths of YouTube. Awesome! (And look how young Tina Thompson is! Awww...)
(Girl, where is your mama??)
(Pumps are for ex-players.)

Photoshopping
(Wait a sec -- when did "photoshop" become a verb? Anyway....)
Follow the link to Jezebel to see a crazy video of pre- and post-photoshopping of pictures of models.

Tampons
I've seen this Kotex ad on TV (and this one, too), but I haven't seen these yet.
Both styles are good, though. My favorite parts are the "blue liquid" bit in the first one and the "toilet paper" line from the third. Hee!

Bus Adverts
My favorite bus advertisements are the ones that use that fact that the advertisement is on a bus, rather than a regular billboard.
Currently, Life Savers has a series of ads that I've been enjoying. They feature a picture of a man (who's supposed to be the bus driver, and who has a giant life saver on his head) and shows the things he's saying. For example, one says, "I'm everybody's designated driver."
Here are my favorites:
"My sudden stops and starts are there to liven up your commute."
"I never drag-race other buses to defend my manhood."
