From "Husband & Wife" (3.11):
William: You want us to make a video to boost staff morale?
Alan: Yeah. Morale in the office has been low ever since I canceled Christmas.
Susan: You canceled Christmas?
Alan: Yeah, well, last year.
William: And you say morale is low?
Alan: Well, I did reinstate it!
Susan: [sarcastically] Oh, that must have cheered everyone up.
William: So why the secrecy about the video?
Alan: Well, the last time I made a video for my staff it was to fire a bunch of them. If they find out I'm making another one they might get the wrong idea.
