From the pilot:
[Danny has spent the last five years in juvie. Now he's out, and he's having a hard time fitting in at his high school.]
Regina: This school is actually very friendly.
Danny: Clearly. I feel like I'm in an episode of Glee and everyone's about to break out in song.
Regina: They let you watch Glee in prison?
Danny: It's part of our punishment.
