Val: How do you feel about Josh being your assistant [at the store]?
Marla: I'm not too worried about it. As Stuart's assistant, I had to learn how to adapt to his management style. Now that I'm the store manager, Josh will have to adapt to mine.
Val: It's going to be hard to break him of all his good habits.
Marla: I'm up to the challenge.
