Supernatural.
What happened was this: Jensen Ackles' character was lying on the front seat of his car, doing air-drums to "Eye of the Tiger". Another character was supposed to come up, knock on the top of the car, and say a line. The actor who plays that character decided to see what Jensen Ackles would do if he didn't. The laughs you hear are (probably) the other actor and/or crew guys.
This aired after the end of last week's episode. It's the kind of thing that would usually be a DVD extra, but they decided to air it.
