Bummer

Lauren Jackson had always said that if Australia won gold, she'd take some time off after the Olympics to celebrate back home.

Well, apparently she's celebrating anyway.

She's going to miss her own Bobblehead night!!! Boo, hiss.

Agreed. I think it's cool that Australia wants to celebrate her, but she made a commitment to the Storm. We, as fans, "let" her miss the first half of the season. It's time for her to come back.
