Another Win!
It was good to get the three wins at home before they head out on a four-game road trip.
I didn't really expect this game to be much of a contest, and it wasn't. The Mystics had a nice start in the first few minutes, but then Coach Agler called a timeout, and the Storm came back in, took the lead, and never let it go.
If we could have grabbed a few more rebounds, it would have been a blow-out.
Former Storm player Ashley Robinson now plays for the Mystics, and she got a warm welcome. Jayda Evans was a little surprised at just how warm her welcome was: "Storm Crazies are known for their unconditional love of former players. But normally it's only for introductions and when a player enters a game. Well, it went to another level on Sunday as Robinson received noticeable applause for scoring her only bucket of the game with 24.3 seconds left in the game."
