Another Exciting Game!
Tonight it was Tanisha Wright's turn to be the late-in-the-game hero.
San Antonio had the lead for most of the first half, but Seattle pulled ahead at the end of the second quarter and kept the lead for the rest of the game. The Silver Stars made it interesting -- they cut the lead down to three a couple of times in the last few minutes -- but the Storm held stayed focused and held on to win.
When it got to the end and San Antonio started fouling, it was mostly Tanisha Wright they fouled, and she hit most of her shots. (She made eight of ten.) She also sealed the deal in the last few seconds by getting a steal and making a layup. Her final stats: 20 points, 5 rebounds, 7 assists, 2 steals. Niiiice!
