I Am Sad
UConn lost to St. Johns yesterday. This loss ended their home-win streak at 99. The game wasn't televised nationally, so I don't know what happened exactly.
But here, look at the picture at the top of this article. Isn't that a great picture? Kelly Faris, perfectly horizontal to the court as she dives for a ball. Love it!
In happier news, the UW women beat Arizona today. They were behind for most of the game, but pulled ahead midway through the second half, and held onto the lead even though their two starting post players had fouled out.
