It's Firing Time!
Two WNBA coaches got fired this week. (Not ours, of course!)
Neither really surprised me.
Technically, Tulsa coach Nolan Richardson resigned, but... Tulsa's the worst team in the league for the second year in a row. Their record at the time of his "resigning" was 1-10.
Tonight's firing was of L.A. coach Jennifer Gillom. L.A.'s winless on the road this year and decided to "fix" that problem at last night's game by benching two of the best players the league has ever seen. So, no surprise there, either.
