Quote of the Day: John Walters
From The Same River Twice:
[In 1999] The Huskies dissected the Irish, then the nation's 4th-ranked team, more than they defeated them. The only blight on the afternoon for the Huskies had been Svetlana Abrosimova, who had spent the entire game in foul trouble, the victim of a questionable whistle or two.
"Coach," Geno was baited during the postgame press conference, "do you think that referees discriminate against certain players?"
"Yes I do," he said. "I think they discriminate against players who commit stupid fouls."
