Well, That Sucks
I just opened Firefox to discover that all my bookmarks have disappeared. Poof! Gone.
That's very annoying.
ETA: I just discovered that Firefox has a "restore bookmarks" function. Everything is back the way it was yesterday (which is the last time it backed up my bookmarks, apparently). I should have known Firefox would have an easy way to fix it! I'm still bothered that it happened at all, though. That was really weird!

And another solution is to copy your bookmark folder (if you have one) to a safe place, like a USB drive.
