Is It Bad...
...that I rented Flight of the Phoenix just because Hugh Laurie is in it?
Several years ago I rented Pitch Black because Claudia Black was in it. That movie was so bad that I turned it off when her character died. Hopefully Flight of the Phoenix will be better.

Not the best movie in the world, but enjoyable. Kind of an interesting story, too.
