The Death of "Saw"

It seems like no one uses the word "saw" anymore. I keep hearing, "I seen that." If they said, "I've seen that," I could handle it. But "I seen that"? Ick.

Don't worry, we have always had uneducated people in our society. The English teachers will continue to teach "proper" English. Well, most of them.
